Our complete range of fire resistant roller shutter doors have been tested to BS 476 part 22 1987 for up to 240 minutes fire resistance to suit maximum openings of 7mtr. x 7mtr.

It is essential the structure to which fire stopper is fitted must have the same fire rating as stipulated for the shelter, ie. 30/60/120 and 240 minutes.

The Commercial Fire Curtain is an Automatic Fire Barrier and Automatic Fire Curtain System that is a Fire Separating Element. It comprises fire resistant fabric fixed to a steel roller which is driven by an internal tubular electric motor.

The roller is mounted and enclosed in a steel housing and the bottom edge of the curtain has a weighted bar. The curtain is retained in side channels.

It is activated from a Fire Detection System and closes to the finished floor level.
